NEW CONSTRUCTION
Building your dream home? We love to get involved early and will work effortlessly with your architects and general contractors. There’s so many decisions to be made, from layout to windows and so much more. We pay attention to every detail, including the flooring, paint, molding, lighting, cabinetry, and all of the other finishes.
Design fees for New Construction start at $4,250.
LARGE-SCALE RENOVATION
Whether you’re building an addition or gutting your entire home, a major renovation involves a lot of moving parts. With expertise in creating construction documents, space planning and much more, we love to be involved in every aspect. Put your mind at ease knowing that we’ve got you covered.
Design fees for Renovation start at $3,250.
FULL FURNISHING + STYLING
With busy lives and families, you may not have the time or interest in managing the transformation of your home. From selection, to procurement and storage, to the final installation, we will take it off your plate. We’ll handle every detail, including furniture, lighting and accessories with connections from our trade vendors.
Design fees for Full Furnishing + Styling start at $2,250.
VIRTUAL DESIGN
Not located in the Southeast, but still want us to handle your design? No problem. Virtual Design is similar to full-service design in that you are getting the handle holding and expertise of design professionals, but you handle the procurement and installation of the design.
Design fees for Virtual Design start at $1,075.
DESIGN CONSULTATION
The 60-minute design consultation functions to provide a starting point for your project or to help you gain direction. We will walk through your space, talk through what you do and don’t love, and potential solutions.
Design fee for the 60 minute Design Consultation is $250.
